Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of our botanical products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • Your package was not delivered (confirmed via tracking information).

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us at salest@mimosahostilisusa.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please do not send back any item without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Returned and approved damaged or incorrect items

  • Verified lost shipments

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at salest@mimosahostilisusa.com with details and supporting images.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Used or opened items

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Unauthorized returns

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
